#### 31 Investigations—distribution of report For paragraph 251(2)(d) of the Act, the following are prescribed: (a) the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission; (b) APRA; (c) the Australian Taxation Office; (d) the CEO of the Australian Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre; (e) an authority of a State or Territory having functions and powers similar to those of the Director of Public Prosecutions; (f) the police force or service of each State and the Northern Territory; (g) the Department of Commerce (Office of Fair Trading) of New South Wales; (h) the Department of Justice (Consumer Affairs Victoria) of Victoria; (i) the Department of Employment, Economic Development and Innovation of Queensland; (j) the Department of Commerce of Western Australia; (k) the Office of Consumer and Business Affairs of South Australia; (l) the Office of Consumer Affairs and Fair Trading of Tasmania; (m) the Department of Justice and Community Safety (Office of Regulatory Services) of the Australian Capital Territory; (n) the Department of Justice of the Northern Territory; (o) the Australian Federal Police.
