#### 25D Modification—meaning of services for regulations 23 and 23A For the purposes of paragraph 110(1)(c) of the Act, the definition of services in subsection 204(1) of the Code is modified for the purposes of regulations 23 and 23A to provide that services: (a) includes: (i) insurance; or (ii) professional services; or (iii) a right to services; and (b) does not include: (i) rights in relation to, and interest in, real property; or (ii) services relating to a credit contract or consumer lease that is regulated under the National Credit Code, or would be regulated under the National Credit Code if entered into, other than credit services.
