#### 102 Consumer lease excluded from application of Part 11 of the Code (1) For subsection 171(3) of the Code, a consumer lease is excluded from the application of Part 11 of the Code if the consumer lease is in the class of consumer leases mentioned in subregulation (2). (2) The class of consumer leases is consumer leases under which: (a) the lessee is a director of the lessor; and (b) the director hires goods from the lessor in connection with the director’s remuneration or other financial benefits derived from acting as a director.
