28 Application of planning laws
Nothing in this Act constitutes authority for any cable work to be carried out contrary to –
(a) the Land Use Planning and Approvals Act 1993 ; or
(b) [Section 28 Amended by No. 17 of 2017, s. 10, Applied:16 Aug 2017] the Aboriginal Heritage Act 1975 ; or
(c) [Section 28 Amended by No. 12 of 2016, Sched. 1, Applied:01 Jan 2017] the Building Act 2016 ; or
(d) the Historic Cultural Heritage Act 1995 .
