24 Notifying of damage or destruction
If land or other property is damaged or destroyed when an authorised officer is carrying out cable work, the installer is to notify the occupier and the owner of the land or other property of the particulars of the damage or destruction –
(a) in writing; and
(b) as soon as practicable.
