99 Delegation
(1) The Communications Minister may, by writing, delegate to: (a) the Secretary of the Department; or (b) an SES employee, or acting SES employee, in the Department; all or any of the Communications Minister’s powers and functions under this Act. (2) The Finance Minister may, by writing, delegate to: (a) the Secretary of the Department of Finance; or (b) an SES employee, or acting SES employee, in the Department of Finance; all or any of the Finance Minister’s powers and functions under this Act.
