93Severability

#### 93 Severability (1) Without limiting its effect apart from this section, this Act (other than Division 4 of Part 2) also has effect as provided by this section. Corporations power (2) This Act (other than Division 4 of Part 2) also has the effect it would have if: (a) subsection (3) had not been enacted; and (b) each reference in this Act (other than Division 4 of Part 2) to an NBN corporation were, by express provision, confined to an NBN corporation that is a constitutional corporation. Communications power (3) This Act (other than Division 4 of Part 2) also has the effect it would have if: (a) subsection (2) had not been enacted; and (b) each reference in this Act (other than Division 4 of Part 2) to an NBN corporation were, by express provision, confined to an NBN corporation that carries on, proposes to carry on, or has the object of carrying on, a business that consists of or includes the supply of a carriage service.
