46 Compliance by NBN Co
(1) NBN Co must take all reasonable steps to ensure that a situation described in paragraph 45(2)(a), (b), (c), (d) or (e) does not exist. (2) NBN Co commits an offence if: (a) NBN Co engages in conduct; and (b) NBN Co’s conduct contravenes subsection (1).
Penalty for contravention of this subsection: 500 penalty units.
