28 Time limit for making an approval decision
(1) This section applies if an NBN corporation gives the Communications Minister and the Finance Minister a draft functional separation undertaking (the original undertaking). (2) The Communications Minister and the Finance Minister must use their best endeavours to make a decision under subsection 27(2) in relation to the original undertaking within 6 months after the original undertaking was given to the Communications Minister and the Finance Minister.
