25 Working with the Board
(1) The General Manager must request the Board’s advice on strategic matters relating to the performance of the NBA’s functions. (2) The General Manager must have regard to the advice given to him or her by the Board (whether or not the advice was given in response to a request). (3) The General Manager must: (a) keep the Board informed of the NBA’s operations; and (b) give the Board such reports, documents and information in relation to those operations as the Chair requires. (4) The General Manager may attend Board meetings as an observer (including by telephone or other means).
