57 Subsection 15GF(4)
(4) The following are NACC authorising officers: (a) the National Anti‑Corruption Commissioner; (b) a National Anti‑Corruption Deputy Commissioner (within the meaning of the National Anti‑Corruption Commission Act 2022); (c) another staff member of the NACC (within the meaning of that Act) who: (i) is an SES employee; and (ii) is authorised in writing by the National Anti‑Corruption Commissioner for the purposes of this paragraph.
