143 Subsection 35AA(2)
Omit “to the Integrity Commissioner.”, substitute:
to: (d) if the information, statement or document is, or may be, relevant to a corruption issue—the National Anti‑Corruption Commissioner; or (e) if the information, statement or document is, or may be, relevant to a NACC corruption issue—the Inspector.
