#### 86 Commissioner may withdraw contempt application
(1) The Commissioner may, at any time, withdraw an application for a court to deal with a person for contempt of the NACC.
(2) The person must be released immediately if:
(a) the person is in detention in relation to the contempt; and
(b) the Commissioner withdraws the application.
