#### 62 Commissioner may hold hearings (1) The Commissioner may hold a hearing for the purposes of a corruption investigation. (2) Subject to this Division, a hearing may be conducted in such manner as the Commissioner thinks fit. Information relating to intelligence agencies (3) If the Commissioner considers that a person appearing at a hearing may disclose intelligence information relating to an intelligence agency, the Commissioner must conduct the hearing in a manner consistent with any arrangement in force between the Commissioner and the head of the agency.
