#### 55 Application of Part This Part applies: (a) to the Commissioner’s investigation of a corruption issue that could, in the Commissioner’s opinion, involve corrupt conduct that is serious or systemic; and (b) whether the investigation is conducted: (i) by the Commissioner only; or (ii) jointly by the Commissioner and a Commonwealth agency or a State or Territory government entity.
