266 Meaning of staff member of the NACC
Each of the following is a staff member of the NACC: (a) the Commissioner; (b) any Deputy Commissioners; (c) the CEO; (d) a member of the staff referred to in section 262; (e) a consultant engaged under section 263; (f) a person referred to in section 264 whose services are made available to the NACC; (g) a legal practitioner appointed under section 265.
