#### 252 Functions of CEO (1) The functions of the CEO are: (a) to manage the affairs of the NACC; and (b) to ensure the NACC performs its functions. (2) The CEO has power to do all things necessary or convenient to be done for or in connection with the performance of the CEO’s functions.
