198Annual report

#### 198 Annual report (1) As soon as practicable after the end of each financial year, the Inspector must: (a) prepare a report (the annual report) relating to the performance of the Inspector’s functions during the financial year; and (b) cause a copy of the annual report to be tabled in each House of the Parliament. (2) The copy of the annual report must be tabled as soon as practicable after the end of the financial year, and in any event, by the following 31 December. (3) Subject to section 199, the annual report must include the information prescribed by the regulations.
