#### 196 Immunity from civil proceedings for the Inspector and persons assisting (1) The Inspector is not liable to civil proceedings in relation to an act done, or omitted to be done, in good faith, in the performance or purported performance, or exercise or purported exercise, of the Inspector’s functions, powers or duties under, or in relation to, this Act. (2) A person whom the Inspector requests, in writing, to assist the Inspector, or a person assisting the Inspector, is not liable to civil proceedings in relation to an act done, or omitted to be done, in good faith for the purpose of assisting the Inspector.
