#### 180 Protection of information and documents (1) The Committee must make arrangements for the protection and security of all information held, and all records made, by the Committee while such information and records remain in the Committee’s possession. (2) The Committee must ensure that any documents having a security classification (within the meaning of section 90.5 of the Criminal Code) provided to the Committee by a person are returned to the person as soon as possible after the members have examined them.
