#### 131 Meaning of relevant offence An offence is a relevant offence if: (a) in the case of investigation material, derivative material or a witness—the subject matter of the notice to produce or hearing, as relevant, relates to the subject matter of the offence; or (b) in the case of a summons—the subject matter of the summons relates to the subject matter of the offence.
