#### 128 Provisions of section 3T Relevant things—indictable offences and corruption issues (1) The Crimes Act 1914 has effect as if paragraph 3T(1)(a) of that Act were substituted with the following paragraph: “(a) a thing relevant to an indictable offence, or to a corruption issue that the Commissioner is investigating, is in or on a conveyance; and” Relevant things—other offences and corruption issues (2) The Crimes Act 1914 has effect as if subsection 3T(3) of that Act were substituted with the following subsection: “(3) If, in the course of searching for the thing, the constable or authorised officer finds another thing relevant to an offence, or to a corruption issue that the Commissioner is investigating, the constable or authorised officer may seize that thing if the constable or authorised officer suspects, on reasonable grounds, that: (a) it is necessary to seize it in order to prevent its concealment, loss or destruction; and (b) it is necessary to seize it without the authority of a search warrant because the circumstances are serious and urgent.”
