#### 127 Subparagraph 3LA(2)(b)(i)—accessing computer systems The Crimes Act 1914 has effect as if subparagraph 3LA(2)(b)(i) of that Act were substituted with the following subparagraphs: “(i) reasonably suspected of having committed the offence stated in the relevant warrant; or (ia) reasonably suspected of having engaged in the corrupt conduct which is the subject of the corruption issue stated in the relevant warrant; or”
