#### 118 Receipts for documents and things seized without warrant (1) If a document or thing is seized, or removed from a place, under section 117 (entering certain places without a search warrant), the Commissioner (or another authorised officer) must provide a receipt for the thing. (2) If 2 or more documents or things are seized or moved, they may be covered by the one receipt.
