207Delegation by the Finance Minister

#### 207 Delegation by the Finance Minister Department (1) The Finance Minister may, by writing, delegate any or all of his or her functions or powers under section 146, 148A, 176, 183, 190 or 194 to: (a) the Secretary of the Finance Department; or (b) an SES employee, or acting SES employee, in the Finance Department. > Note: The expressions SES employee and acting SES employee are defined in section 2B of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901. (2) In exercising powers under a delegation, the delegate must comply with any directions of the Finance Minister. Agency (3) The Finance Minister may, by writing, delegate any or all of his or her powers under section 146 or 148A to: (a) the Chair; or (b) an SES employee, or acting SES employee, in the Agency. > Note: The expressions SES employee and acting SES employee are defined in section 2B of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901. (4) In exercising powers under a delegation, the delegate must comply with any directions of the Finance Minister.
