LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1995 Shire of Narembeen Repeal Local Law 2020 Under the powers conferred by the Local Government Act 1995 and all other powers enabling it, the Council of the Shire of Narembeen resolved on 18th December 2019 to make the following local law.

Citation This local law is cited as the Shire of Narembeen Repeal Local Law 2020.
Commencement This local law comes into operation 14 days after the date of its publication in the Government Gazette.
Repeal The Shire of Narembeen Pest Plant By-laws 1987, published in the Government Gazette on 26 February 1982 is repealed. Dated ??? The Common Seal of the Shire of Narembeen was affixed in the presence of- Rhonda Cole Shire President Pascoe Durtanovich Acting Chief Executive Officer
