61 Application provisions relating to the Narcotic Drugs Amendment (Fees) Regulations 2021
(1) The amendment of subsection 54(1) by the Narcotic Drugs Amendment (Fees) Regulations 2021 applies to inspections started on or after 1 July 2021. (2) The amendments of clause 1 of Schedule 1 by the Narcotic Drugs Amendment (Fees) Regulations 2021 apply in relation to applications made on or after 1 July 2021.
