47A Effect of suspension of manufacture permit

(1) If a manufacture permit is suspended under subsection 45(1) and the permit relates to a manufacture licence that is not suspended under that subsection: (a) activities authorised by the licence to be undertaken in accordance with the permit must not be carried out during the period that the permit is suspended; and (b) the permit remains in force while it is suspended. (2) Despite subsection (1), the licence holder is authorised during the period of the suspension to store, possess and control any narcotic drugs in the licence holder’s possession or control as authorised by the permit at the time of the suspension.
