47 Effect of suspension of manufacture licences

(1) If a manufacture licence is suspended under subsection 45(1): (a) activities authorised by the licence must not be carried out during the period of the suspension; and (b) any manufacture permit that relates to the licence is suspended while the licence is suspended; and (c) the licence, and any permit that relates to the licence, remain in force while the licence is suspended. (2) Despite subsection (1), the licence holder is authorised during the period of the suspension to store, possess and control any narcotic drugs in the licence holder’s possession or control as authorised by the licence at the time of the suspension.
