31 Matters not affected by suspension of medicinal cannabis licences and medicinal cannabis permits

(1) To avoid doubt, the following continue to have effect according to their terms during a period of suspension of a medicinal cannabis licence or a medicinal cannabis permit that relates to the licence: (a) a condition to which the medicinal cannabis licence is subject under Division 3 of Part 2 of Chapter 2 of the Act (other than the condition under section 10J of the Act); (b) a notice under subsection 14J(2) of the Act requiring a holder of a licence to give the Secretary further information or documents; (c) a direction under Part 3 of Chapter 5 of the Act given to a person who is a licence holder. (2) To avoid doubt, the suspension of a medicinal cannabis licence, or a medicinal cannabis permit that relates to the licence, does not affect the powers of an authorised inspector under Part 4 of Chapter 4 of the Act in relation to licensed premises.
