17B Condition that medicinal cannabis licence holder must retain records
For the purposes of paragraph 10C(b) of the Act, it is a condition of a medicinal cannabis licence that the licence holder must keep records that relate to the activities authorised by the licence for the period: (a) beginning when the record came into existence; and (b) ending 5 years after that time.
