13 Application of amendments made by the Narcotic Drugs (Licence Charges) Amendment (Charge Amounts) Regulations 2025
(1) The amendments of section 6 made by the Narcotic Drugs (Licence Charges) Amendment (Charge Amounts) Regulations 2025 (the amending regulations) apply to licence years that start on or after 1 July 2025. (2) The amendments of section 6A made by the amending regulations apply to inspections commenced on or after 1 July 2025.
