#### 8K Secretary may impose conditions If the Secretary decides to grant a medicinal cannabis licence, the Secretary may impose conditions to which the licence is subject including, but not limited to, conditions relating to matters set out in section 10D. > Note 1: For requirements for a notice of a decision to impose conditions on a medicinal cannabis licence, see section 15F. > Note 2: Conditions are also specified in this Act (see sections 10E to 10K), and may also be prescribed by the regulations (see paragraph 10C(b)).
