#### 7 Inconsistency with State and Territory laws This Act, regulations under this Act and directions given under this Act do not apply to the exclusion of any law of a State or Territory or any regulation in force under an Act except in so far as that law or that regulation is inconsistent with an express provision of this Act, those regulations or those directions.
