25B Secretary to notify States and Territories of certain matters
(1) The head of a State or Territory agency may notify the Secretary in writing that the State or Territory wishes to be advised if a licence or permit that relates to premises situated wholly or partly in the State or Territory is granted, varied or revoked. (2) If: (a) a notice under subsection (1) given by the head of a State or Territory agency is in force; and (b) a licence or permit that relates to premises situated wholly or partly in the State or Territory is granted, varied or revoked; the Secretary must advise the head of the State or Territory agency, in writing, of the matters prescribed by the regulations for the purposes of this subsection.
