15LReview of decisions under this Division by Administrative Review Tribunal

#### 15L Review of decisions under this Division by Administrative Review Tribunal (1) Applications may be made to the Administrative Review Tribunal for review of decisions of the Minister, or an internal reviewer, under section 15H that relate to a reviewable decision. (2) If the reviewable decision is a decision of a kind referred to in subsection 15F(2) then, for the purposes of an application for review referred to in subsection (1) of this section, the State or Territory concerned may be a person whose interests are affected for the purposes of the Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024.
