#### 15G Internal review of reviewable decisions—application for review (1) A person to whom a notice is given under subsection 15F(1) or (2) in relation to a reviewable decision may apply to the Minister for review of the decision. (2) An application for review must: (a) be in writing; and (b) set out the reasons for the application; and (c) be made within 90 days after the date of the notice under subsection 15F(1) or (2), as the case requires. > Note: Under section 15K, further information may be required in relation to an application.
