15B General matters about directions

(1) This section applies to a direction under section 14P, 15 or 15A. (2) To avoid doubt, the direction may be given: (a) in respect of cannabis plants, cannabis, cannabis resin, drugs or narcotic preparations generally; or (b) in respect of cannabis plants, cannabis, cannabis resin, drugs or narcotic preparations of a kind specified in the direction; or (c) in respect of particular cannabis plants, cannabis, cannabis resin, drugs or narcotic preparations specified in the direction. (3) If the direction is inconsistent with a condition of a licence (whether the condition is specified in the licence or imposed by this Act), the condition is of no effect to the extent of the inconsistency.
