#### 14F Occupier to provide officers etc. with facilities and assistance (1) The occupier of licensed premises entered under section 14C must provide the following persons with all reasonable facilities and assistance for the effective exercise of their powers while on the premises: (a) any authorised inspector who enters the premises; (b) any person assisting the authorised inspector. Strict liability offence (2) A person commits an offence of strict liability if: (a) the person is subject to subsection (1); and (b) the person fails to comply with that subsection. Penalty: 30 penalty units.
