14EOccupier is entitled to observe exercise of powers

#### 14E Occupier is entitled to observe exercise of powers (1) The occupier of licensed premises entered under section 14C is (subject to subsections (2) and (3) of this section) entitled to observe the exercise of powers while on the premises if the occupier is present at the premises while those powers are being exercised. (2) The right to observe the exercise of powers ceases if the occupier impedes the exercise of those powers. (3) This section does not prevent powers being exercised in 2 or more areas of the premises at the same time.
