#### 11L Secretary may impose conditions If the Secretary grants a manufacture licence, the Secretary may impose conditions to which the licence is subject including, but not limited to, conditions relating to matters set out in section 12F. > Note 1: For requirements for a notice of a decision to impose conditions on a manufacture licence, see section 15F. > Note 2: Conditions are also specified in this Act (see sections 12G to 12N), and may also be prescribed by the regulations (see paragraph 12E(b)).
