47 Persons may apply for registration as a repository operator, a portal operator or a contracted service provider
(1) A person may apply to the System Operator for registration as any of the following: (a) a repository operator; (b) a portal operator; (c) a contracted service provider. (2) An application for registration as a repository operator must specify each repository to which the registration is proposed to relate.
