13B System Operator may use electronic communications

(1) If under this Act the System Operator is required to give information in writing, that requirement is taken to have been met if the System Operator gives the information by means of an electronic communication, as defined in the Electronic Transactions Act 1999. (2) If under this Act the System Operator is permitted to give information in writing, the System Operator is permitted to give the information by means of an electronic communication, as defined in the Electronic Transactions Act 1999.
