111 Guidelines relating to the Information Commissioner’s enforcement powers etc.

(1) In exercising a power conferred on the Information Commissioner by this Act, or a power under another Act that is related to such a power, the Information Commissioner must have regard to any relevant guidelines in force under subsection (2). (2) The Information Commissioner must, by legislative instrument, formulate guidelines for the purposes of subsection (1).
