New South Wales regulation
This instrument sets up the Mutual Recognition (New South Wales) Temporary Exemptions Regulation 2022 by naming it, fixing its commencement at 1 June 2022, defining "the Act" as the Mutual Recognition (New South Wales) Act 1992 (with the Interpretation Act 1987 applying), and recording that section 4 has been repealed.
These are purely administrative and interpretive clauses: they affect officials, lawyers and readers of the regulation but create no new duties, costs or behavioural changes for the public or businesses.
