4 Local licences, recognised licences and deemed local licences

(1) For the Act, section 3(1), definition of local licence, a licence described in Schedule 1, Column 1 is prescribed.

(2) For the Act, section 3(1), definition of recognised licence, a licence described in Schedule 1, Column 2 is prescribed.

(3) For the Act, section 4(1), a local licence described in Schedule 1, Column 1 is prescribed as equivalent to each recognised licence described opposite the local licence in Schedule 1, Column 2.
