Mutual Recognition (Automatic Deemed Registration Temporary Exemption for Auctioneers – Northern Territory) Declaration 2021

I, Michael Patrick Francis Gunner, Treasurer, under section 42T(1)(a) of the Mutual Recognition Act 1992 (Cth) and with reference to section 4 of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901 (Cth), declare that a licence under the Auctioneers Act 1935 is excluded from the operation of automatic deemed registration.
