Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

This instrument, made under section 42J(4) of the Mutual Recognition Act 1992, declares that certain Northern Territory accreditation certificates and licences listed in the Schedule must be notified under section 42J(1) of that Act. It affects holders and applicants of those NT registrations by bringing them into the Mutual Recognition Act’s notification process and so changes administrative notification obligations and cross-jurisdiction recognition mechanics.
