44Application of mutual recognition principle

#### 44 Application of mutual recognition principle (1) The mutual recognition principle and the provisions of this Act may be taken into consideration in proceedings of any kind and for any purpose. (2) Nothing in this Act prevents a person from relying on the mutual recognition principle in relation to more than 2 States. > Note: The mutual recognition principle applies in relation to goods (see section 8), occupations that are equivalent (see section 16) and activities covered by occupations (see section 42A).
