#### 43 This Act does not confer judicial power on State local registration authorities or tribunals etc. (1) This Act has no effect to the extent (if any) to which it purports to confer judicial power on a local registration authority, or a tribunal or other body of a State (other than a Court of the State). (2) In this section: > judicial power means the judicial power of the Commonwealth referred to in section 71 of the Constitution.
